Edon Management is currently seeking a reliable On‑Call Building Operator to support building operations in Lloydminster. This on‑call Building Operator role offers flexibility and is well‑suited for experienced operators who prefer control over their schedule,
Key Responsibilities
Respond to on‑call service requests related to building operations and maintenance
Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and life‑safety systems
Complete repairs and troubleshooting as required (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, general maintenance)
Monitor building systems and ensure safe, efficient operation
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams when required
