Job Position: Building Operators (Full-Time Position).

Sheriff Corporation is the Landlord for office, commercial & industrial properties in the GTA area. Our Head office is located in Vaughan.

Job Details: We are seeking a Building Operator to join our Property Management team of Property Managers, Property Administrators and other Building Operators.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems and facilities.
• Respond to tenant service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee the appearance and safety of the property.
• Operate Building Automation and Security computer systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions/recommendations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure they abide by building guidelines.
