Role: Building Manager Salary: £60,000 per annum + additional AP duties allowance Location: Liverpool

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Building Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role-balancing operational excellence, technical oversight, and people management. You will: Build relationships across the Trust, managingplex and high‑stakemunications Act as Authorised Person for building fabric Ensure all statutory and contractual buildingpliance is met - and meticulously recorded Interpret, implement, and overseeplex technical documentation and drawings Develop strategic plans and risk management strategies across the full building function Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver consistent, high-quality building services.
