Purpose of Role
Building Manager Building Johor To oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the building(s), ensuring safety, functionality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while enhancing the value and satisfaction of the property for owners, tenants, and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities and Maintenance Management
- Oversee the upkeep of common areas, building systems, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), landscaping, security and cleaning.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Supervise service contractors and ensure quality of work meets contractual standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., BOMBA, JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
Operational and Administrative Management
- Manage daily building operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
