Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the overall engineering operations, maintenance, safety, and technical management of the property to ensure efficient building operations and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily building engineering and maintenance operations.
• Supervise engineering personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor building equipment performance, utilities, and energy efficiency programs.
