Building Maintenance Supervisor

Location: London (3 Metropolitan Police sites)
Full-time: Monday–Friday

We're looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team supporting the Metropolitan Police contract across three sites in London. This is a working supervisor role where you'll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance

Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks
