Building Maintenance Engineer Tech

Position Responsibilities: 

+ Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling

+ Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair

+ Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

+ Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

+ Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment

+ Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary

+ Other duties as assigned
