Job Description

Summary:
The Warehouse Maintenance Associate will perform routine custodial and maintenance tasks on the interior and exterior of the Distribution Center buildings. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to perform minor repairs in electrical and plumbing

Experience with maintaining a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program, executing within a Work Order system and facilitating overall day-to-day activities of the Maintenance department.

Oversee general grounds keeping on a daily basis; clean and inspect inside and outside of Distribution Center areas, ensure disposal areas are kept clean and in a safe condition.

Assists and performs semiskilled tasks of a general nature in connection with maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep of the Distribution Center buildings

Maintains and retains warehouse and shelving in clean and orderly condition.
