BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING MANAGER

. Process minimum 5 - 6 years professional experience within a Design, Engineering or Construction (AEC) enivronment
. Strong track records of hands-on BIM implementation on live project
. Advanced expertise in primary BIM toold like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Construction Cloud and Civil 3D
. In-depth understanding and execution of through a Common Data Experience (CDE)
. Good knowledge of international and local BIM standards (such as ISO 19650) to develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR)
. Ability to establish and facilitate clash detection analysis to identify and resolve design and construction conflicts
. Hand on experience to create 4D/5D simulation (scheduling and cost) and logistics plans
. Routine auditing of project models to maintain accuracy, date quality and regulatory compliance
. Able to act as the bridge between the design office, management and field construction personnel
