What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Building Superintendent to provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project sites.

What you’ll do:

+ Supervise and manage all aspects of onsite construction activities for all trades to ensure project(s) is (are) constructed in accordance with contract documents, budget and schedule. May include interfacing with client representatives, Architect and Engineer representatives, subcontractors, and other contractors, etc.

+ Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions for all subcontractor trades includes (safety oversight, scheduling, quality, etc.).

+ Create and implement site logistics plans.

+ Supervise project foremen, craft employees, and/or subcontractors as required by the contract.
