This is a hands‑on role responsible for coordinating and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple disciplines - including civils, building fabric maintenance, carpentry, and plumbing.

You’ll contribute directly to maintaining operational excellence by ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met, while working closely with subcontractors and internal teams.
