Building Engineer

Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team. As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services department supporting the maintenance and operation of a smaller location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay range:** $23-$25 /Hr

**Location:** Westford, MA

**What's the Job?**

+ Monitor and maintain building system operations including plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling
+ Perform standard repairs and maintenance tasks
+ Handle patching, painting, and filter changes
+ Manage fan cooling units in ceilings and respond to hot/cold calls
+ Utilize CBRE's work order system and operate a tablet for work assignments
