Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: 2 buildings right across the street from each other Resource's typical working day: Have some preventative maintenance checks Walk the building Respond to tenant request calls including HVAC Will be tenant facing, have to interact with tenants

Must Have Skills

Light plumbing, light electrical experience Would have to understand be able to know what they are dealing with RTUs and chiller systems preferably both

Nice to Have Skills

More HVAC experience would be a major plus Bilingual would be a plus

Years of Experience

2-3 years of experience Education High School diploma Software skills: Basic computer skills, Client systems, Alerton and Tracer systems . They also use outlook and teams heavily
