3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support the delivery of a customer-focused Building Control service that ensures compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation, promoting the health, safety, and welfare of people in and around the built environment. The role involves assessing applications, carrying out site inspections, and providing technical advice to ensure building work is safe, compliant, and meets statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assess and check building regulation applications, plans, and notices for compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislation within statutory timescales.
