BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER

• Liaise with subcontractor and order materials for temporary work
• Coordinate with subcon for precast shop dwg / Steel work shop dwg
• Prepare MOS for rectification work
• Liaise with consultants for dwg discrepancies
• Submission RFA / RFI for discrepancies/ shop dwgs/ proposal of site work
• Liaise with rebar suppliers for prefab cage/ mesh shop dwgs
• Order rebars/mesh/prefab cage to suppliers and liaise with suppliers for delivery in time
• Order cast-in items for precast supplier
• Coordinate with Archi & M&E coordinators for site construction
• To arrange C&S inspection and order concrete for casting (if require as per site condition)
• To arrange material testing (ordering sample, delivering sample to Lab, witness for testing)
