As the Facilities BMS technician, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:
Assisting site Leadership in the execution of all daily operations for the facilities team.Monitoring and adjusting the building HVAC and mechanical systems, acknowledging critical building alarms, and taking appropriate corrective actions and responding after hours should repairs be needed.Providing a level of expertise in performing preventive and corrective maintenance to a wide variety of industrial or commercial facility HVAC equipment.Identifying and correcting any safety-related issues and performing independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures.
