Our client is seeking a Building Automation Controls Field Supervisor for a permanent, full-time opportunity supporting the successful execution of controls and automation projects. The Field Supervisor will play a critical leadership role in managing field personnel, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring technical excellence across all phases of project work—from point-to-point system verification to customer training.

This position requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on leadership approach. The Field Supervisor will work primarily at project sites and act as a direct liaison between engineering staff, contractors, and project managers.
