Building Audit Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct twice a year comprehensive audit in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping, and Housekeeping, Realibility of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, Renewal of Permits and Licences and Service Contracts
• Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings
• Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule
• All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• At least 1 year working experience in related field
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Knowledegable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
