Building Audit Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Required)
• At least 1 year working experience in related field. (Required)
• Well versed when it comes to different building equipment
• Analyzation of Electrical System
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in National Building Code Based Requirements.
• MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Detail oriented

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide twice a year comprehensive audit it involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
