T&T Group is seeking an experienced Building Associate to join our construction team on the Gold Coast & Brisbane. This is a full-time, permanent position supervising construction sites and coordinating the material and human resources required across our active project pipeline.

About the role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:

1. Supervise construction sites and coordinate safety, site-based labour and resources
2. Assist Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors with project planning and organisation
3. Interpret plans, specifications, regulations, and building codes
4. Coordinate works programs and monitor project schedules
