- Reports directly to dispensary management.
- Responsible for Dispensary operations.
- Be a positive influence and advocate for all dispensary staff, and patients/customers.
- Assist and document employee and patient/customer conflict resolutions immediately and professionally.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers.
- Continuing improvement of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all Dispensary operations, including compliance, sales, and inventory control, cash handling, and training employees.
