About the Role
Qargo Coffee is seeking a hands-on, execution-driven BTL / Trade Marketing Analyst with real experience opening and operating coffee shops. This role is designed for someone who understands what actually works at the store level—from launch day to daily foot traffic—and can translate marketing ideas into effective, customer-focused in-store execution.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in Below-the-Line (BTL) and trade marketing, a strong personality, excellent common sense, and a genuine understanding of customer service and retail behavior. You know how to activate products, create visibility, drive trial, and support store teams—not just plan campaigns on paper.
