Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed activation plans for new FPCs, including pre-launch timelines, operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination
- Conduct market analysis to identify suitable locations in alignment with business objectives
- Partner with marketing teams to create localized campaigns to promote new FPCs for lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness before the go-live date
- Oversee facility setup, infrastructure, event arrangements, and technology enablement to ensure operational efficiency
- Secure all necessary regulatory, compliance, and legal approvals for the projects
- Monitor early performance metrics (e.G., client acquisition, revenue generation) to assess FPC success and identify improvement areas
