BSL Teaching Assistant – Greenwich (Full Time, Primary School)

This role involves working with deaf students in a primary school setting. The position is full-time and may lead to a permanent contract at the end of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and communicate in the learning of deaf students, providing support in the classroom.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils to support their learning process.
• Engage children in classroom activities, promoting concentration and development of learning.
• Support students aged 3-11 through daily teaching and learning activities.

Qualifications

• BSL Level 1 qualification (minimum).
• Previous BSL experience and the ability to communicate effectively with deaf students.
• Experience working with children aged 3-11, preferably in a primary school environment.
