BRP Service Advisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical related Work

• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.

• Knows how to process insurance claims

• Knowledge in automotive and car

• Able to communicate and empathize with clients

• Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Results-Oriented; Drivers License is a plus
• Computer Literate

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Determine the type of service

• Make an estimated report for the damages of the unit

• Process the insurance claim to the insurance company

• Follow up with the insurance company for the LOA
