Requirements:
- RE5 qualification (essential)
- Short-Term Insurance qualification (preferred)
- Brokerage, insurer, underwriting, or claims experience
- Knowledge of short-term insurance products, processes, and insurer systems
- Experience with personal lines policy servicing and amendments
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult clients professionally
- Strong administration, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
