Job Purpose

Your role as a Broker Support Specialist is an integral part of our Broker Support Team. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the Business Development Manager (BDM) application pipeline, ensuring smooth flow of home loan applications from initiation to completion. You will actively support BDMs in various administrative activities, including broker accreditation.

Major Responsibilities

• Broker Accreditation Application Pipeline Management
• Mailbox Management
• All Broker Support‑related duties assigned by management
• Any Lending Operations support related duties assigned by the management
