Overview CDS Labour are currently recruiting Broccoli Cutters to join a busy agricultural operation in the Spalding area.
This is a physically demanding outdoor role suited to hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in all weather conditions and can maintain productivity throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities Harvesting and cutting broccoli to required quality standards
Sorting and preparing produce for collection and transportation
Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets
Maintaining crop quality and minimising waste
Following all farm health & safety procedures
Assisting with general field duties as required
