Bridge Leader

Overview

Under the direction of the Vice Principal and Assistant Vice Principal; Behaviour and Attitudes, and working closely with the Assistant Vice Principal; Inclusion and Inclusion Team, to manage, supervise and support students to enable them to successfully access a broad and balanced curriculum through the Bridge Provision which will incorporate Internal Suspension. The post holder will provide stable leadership and coordinate provision and support the Teaching and Learning of students with SEMH and/or behaviour difficulties.

Responsibilities

• To manage and coordinate provision within The Bridge
• To support high expectations and promote good behaviour for all students
• To maintain up to date records of attendance, behaviour and provision of students accessing The Bridge on a daily basis
