**Job Description**
This role focuses on supporting masonry and concrete projects by preparing sites, handling materials, and assisting with brick, block, and retaining wall construction. You will work on high-end renovation and new construction projects, using hand and power tools, reading basic layouts and blueprints, and ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare construction sites by shoveling, raking, compacting, digging, and performing general clean up to ensure safe and efficient work areas.
+ Run string lines for layouts and guidance lines to support accurate masonry and site preparation work.
+ Assist with masonry, concrete, and brick work, including mixing and applying mortar and working with fine sand and other masonry materials.
+ Perform tasks related to concrete finishing, including placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces as directed.
