Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Brewing Process to provide technical expertise, guidance, and innovation leadership in all aspects of brewing operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of brewing science, process optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. As a key advisor and mentor within the breweries, the SME will help drive improvements in product quality, consistency, efficiency, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Serve as the technical authority on brewing processes including raw material selection, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, and conditioning.
Evaluate and optimize brewing procedures to improve product quality, yield, and operational efficiency.
