We offer a seasonally changing A la Carte menu reflecting the best that the local area offers, a 7 course Tasting Menu and an elegant Afternoon Tea all of which ensures your development across all areas of the kitchen.

As Breakfast Chef you will be required to organise and set up the continental breakfast and prepare the cooked breakfasts when ordered. You will be an experienced Chef De Partie having worked in kitchens cooking to a 1 AA Rosette standard or higher and you will be looking for the next step in your career.
