Brand Sales Representative

Position Summary

Increase sales of meat and cheeses at the deli counter through customer engagement and interaction.

Essential Functions:

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner to generate brand awareness to increase sales
• Prepare and demonstrate new and or promoted products to store customers through sample arrangements and by demonstrating recipes using company products
• Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products; use the product slicer to fill orders and or provide samples to customers; complete order process for purchases.
• Clean the area and equipment as required by the supermarket and local health code
• Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches curren...
