Brand & Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic and market-driven professional to lead product and category growth initiatives across Hardware, TACO Sheet, PVC Board, and Edging categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle from development, launch, optimization, to phase-out.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and category KPIs to support business decisions.
• Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and execution.
• Support sales enablement through product knowledge, training, and marketing materials.
• Gather market feedback and represent the category in industry events and exhibitions.
