As a Brand & Marketing Senior Executive, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving GATSBY's business and brand growth in Malaysia. You'll co-develop brand strategy, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborate with both global and local teams to deliver impactful results that strengthen brand equity and profitability.

Job Responsibility

Brand Strategy Leadership
- Co-develop brand positioning and yearly marketing plans with the Brand Manager to strengthen GATSBY's leadership in men's grooming and drive sustainable share growth.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns — from insight to execution — across digital, influencer, in-store, and media touchpoints with creative and media agencies.
