Brand & Marketing Manager
who is passionate about beauty, scalp care, and wellness retail marketing. This role will lead brand strategy, retail and digital marketing execution, influencer collaborations, and content direction to build awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute brand and marketing plans to strengthen Company Wellness's presence across retail and digital channels.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product or service launches, including pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with HQ, operations, regulatory, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to launch.
