Core Responsibilities
- Drive and implement an annual activation calendar in close collaboration with Trade marketing, Brand Communication team, Digital, Sales, and Customer Development.
- Own and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive brand equity and build active share (penetration), re‑activation (repeat purchase), and frequency (engagement).
- Contribute to the Marketing strategy development objective setting process and consumer communications planning to ensure efficient marketing plan executions for our themes in France‑Iberia.
- Analyze progress of competitor activity, changing market needs, and evolution of shopper behaviours to facilitate modifications on brand strategies when needed.
- Provide input into the product development process to regional and global partners.
