Job Description
Position Objective
Define, develop and execute the brand strategy for the portfolio of distributed beauty and fragrance brands , ensuring full alignment with each maison’s global positioning, brand DNA and guidelines. The role is responsible for driving business growth through successful product launches, relevant brand activations and a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, maximizing commercial performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute למ annual marketing plan for each beauty and fragrance brand, aligned with global strategy and local priorities.
- Translate brand DNA into actionable local plans, ensuring consistency with luxury codes, storytelling and visual identity.
- Manage the marketing budget (A P), ensuring financial control, efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
