Our client, a Proudly South African manufacturing company, seeks your brand experience to develop plans for the brand, customer experience, product offering and brand loyalty to drive the organisation’s brand awareness and achieve the sales and profit objectives.

While reporting to the Head of Sales, you will champion the brand identity and offerings throughout the organisation and marketplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify new business/sales opportunities.
• Grow current customer sales targets.
• Measure and achieve brand objectives.
• Develop a brand strategy and roll out to customers.
• Grow brand awareness within the industry.
• Increase customer acquisition.
• Implement and maintain customer satisfaction score survey.
