Job Description
The Brand Communications Manager is responsible for the delivery of brand growth, brand equity and brand value through the development and implementation of the brand strategy. This position involves strategic thinking, foresight, leadership to achieve the business objectives and achieve brand targets.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Leadership & Growth: Defines the vision, purpose, and portfolio strategy for each brand to capture diverse customer segments and drive sales performance (volume, growth, equity)
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Leads the end-to-end ideation, creation, and execution of ATL, BTL, and multi-media digital content. Ensures all campaigns are deeply rooted in customer insights and delivered effectively across TV, radio, print, billboards, and digital platforms.
