Niro is a modern café and kitchen-led brand built around thoughtful food, great coffee, and warm, intuitive hospitality. We focus on clean flavours, strong fundamentals, and experiences that feel intentional rather than overdone. As we grow, we’re looking for a culinary leader who can help define and elevate our food identity.
Experience required:
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience (premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality brands preferred).
What you’ll be responsible for
• Owning and evolving Niro’s food philosophy and menu
• Creating, testing, and standardising recipes across outlets
• Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Training kitchen teams and setting SOPs
• Working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership
• Curating seasonal menus and special launches
• Maintaining food cost controls and quality benchmarks
• Leading kitchen innovation while staying true to the brand DNA
