Brand and Proposition Manager

We are delighted to share a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Household, Paper, Home Essentials and Personalisation Brand Manager in the Own Brand team at Tesco. The role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for Own Brand development within the Household, Paper & Home Essentials categories, identifying and prioritising opportunities for growth, as well as being a lead on personalisation within the brand team.

You will build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to lead the delivery of our brand strategic plans and pipelines across the 6Ps (Product, Packaging, Price, Place, People, Promotion).

This role would suit someone who has a strong commercial understanding, can turn data & customer insight into motivating propositions and work well with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver results.
