Brand Activation Lead, MYSG (Wellness)

We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Activation Lead to lead the Wellness portfolio across Malaysia & Singapore.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Wellness brand activation strategies across MYSG markets
• Translate regional/global strategies into impactful local campaigns and activation plans
• Drive integrated consumer campaigns across media, digital, retail, pharmacy and eCommerce channels
• Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Supply teams to deliver business objectives
• Support innovation launches, portfolio growth initiatives and commercial activation plans
• Monitor campaign performance, business KPIs and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage agency partners, marketing operations, approvals and compliance processes
• Ensure all execution aligns with brand, regulatory and governance requirements
