We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch Technical Advisor for our Vanderbijlpark Branch.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist customers with technical queries on all products sold by Regal.
• Provide a high standard of technical assistance to customers on-site and at the trade counter and telephonically.
• Technical support is to be provided on products purchased from Regal.
• Generate all necessary administration, concerning technical and quality concerning product at the branch.
• Provide ‘on-the-job’ coaching/training for Regal staff/customers in the branch.
• Check faulty goods prior to sending them in for repairs and complete the appropriate paperwork required.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Electronic Qualification
• 2 – 3 years technical experience on Regal / Security Industry Product range
