Branch Operation Manager

Job Description

• To look after the achievement of Sales Targets provided by the DROM, ZOM, and Principals.
• To conduct meetings with the Sales Team to increase and ensure efficient execution of sales.
• To conduct monthly sales review meetings with the concerned Execution Supervisors.
• To visit markets to ensure smooth sales operations, maintain checks and balances, and gather feedback on complaints and customer issues.
• To ensure QMS (Quality Management System) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices) are followed in warehouses and coordinate with the Quality & Compliance team.
• To conduct self-inspections and provide QMS & GDP related training if required.
• To identify new ventures and segments for distribution.
• To review customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and action.
• To provide regular sales updates to the Director of Operations.
