Are you a proven leader with a background in heavy‑duty equipment, hydraulics, automotive, marine, crane, elevator, or industrial mechanical systems? Do you have experience leading a service shop while driving business development and customer relationships? We’re seeking a Branch Manager for our Nanaimo location who can inspire teams, oversee operations, and grow the business through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a track record of prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities within the industrial or heavy equipment sector. This position is based out of either of our locations in Vancouver Island (Victoria/​Sooke, Nanaimo).
