Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver monthly revenue and gross margin targets for the branch.
• Develop and execute a structured sales plan covering retail, contractor, B2B (builders, architects, interior designers), and project channels.
• Personally drive high-value accounts and project pipeline; close large-ticket deals.
• Monitor daily sales activity, footfall conversion rates, and average transaction value.
• Step in personally to close high-value or complex deals that the sales team is unable to handle independently.
