The Branch Manager is the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned service area, overseeing a team that includes Radio Frequency (RF) Technicians, administrative staff, and other support personnel. The position involves monitoring workflow processes, implementing improvements to boost productivity, and fostering a customer-first culture.
