About the Opportunity
This is not a desk-bound leadership role—it’s a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to take the reins of a complex, multi-site operation spread across 6 key regional hubs, driving transformation and growth.  

You’ll be responsible for the full operational and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar business. From Rockhampton to Mackay, you’ll travel across 1,200 km of Queensland to lead, connect, and elevate performance. Your mission: drive safety, lift culture, and deliver strong EBIT through leadership that is visible, values-driven, and commercially sharp.
