The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a branch, overseeing financial reporting, hiring and training staff, and growing branch revenue.

Increase Sales and Branch Revenue.
Profit and loss reporting and budgetary planning.
Operational reviews and processes.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Employee relations and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Fleet management regarding construction equipment.
Developing, implementing, and training staff.
Conduct Audits.
